Watch as I use 10 Curves layers to bring this image out of the cold and into the fiery warmth of the sun.  Using only Curves, you’ll see me smooth my subject’s skin and then apply dodge and burn techniques to bring the viewer’s eye right where I want it.  See how I put the spotlight fully on my subject, while also improving the color tones throughout the image.  It only takes one tool, Curves,  to turn a dull winter image into a sparkling winter masterpiece!
